Shipping charges

We offer 3 types of deliveries - 2 for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, where our head office is based and 1 for international deliveries.

1. Free Delivery on any order, within the territory of UK, bewteen 2 and 5 working days, 1st class, standard delivery;
2. Special Delivery - next day by noon guaranteed, £5 - special delivery by Royal Mail.

Part Shipping

In cases when not all selected for purchase items are available, we can part-ship your order provided it is shipped to address withing UK. You pay only once for the shipping and we will cover the cost for the second shipment. International part-shipments are possible too, but the customer pays for each shipment separately.

Should you require this options, please make sure you notify us in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box during the checkout process.

Returns

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, however we do understand that sometimes you might want to return the ordered goods. We offer the following types of refunds:

• Complete refund, including delivery and packaging, in case of faulty garments;
• Refund of the price of goods only, in all other cases, provided that the garment has not been opened, worn and washed, with all labeling intact.

In all cases, the customer is liable for all return postage costs.
